The kindergarten is situated between Court St and Clare St in Yarraville and is adjacent to Cruikshank Park.
The centre includes a Maternal & Child Health Centre, Child Care Centre, Playgroups as well as a Kindergarten.
Clare Court Kindergarten offers both 3 year old and 4 year old kindergarten sessions as well as an Extended Care program. Like most other preschools in Victoria, it is managed by a Parent committee of Management.

Vision: These programs will reflect the belief that children learn and develop best through play-based experiences that are enjoyable, challenging and that recognize each child as unique. The staff, drawing on their experience and knowledge, endeavour to support and enhance this play, encouraging the children to develop values, skills and understanding that enable them to reach their potential. Clare Court Kindergarten supports social justice and equal opportunity principles, adheres to the Australian Early Childhood Association Code of Ethics and operates in accordance with relevant Government Regulations.

| Enrolment: 3 year old Program - Enrolments are taken at the kindergarten. Forms are available at the kindergarten and places are offered according to the date of enrolment. 4 year old Program - Enrolments are made through a central registry office at the City of Maribyrnong Council. It is highly recommended that parents enrol their child after their second birthday. Contact the council on 03 9688 0200 for further details.

Parents Committee of Management:
The kindergarten is a non-profit organisation run by a Committee of Management.
The Committee is made up of parents of children attending the kindergarten, who
are elected at the Annual General Meeting held in February. The committee may
have up to 25 members.
